How do I purchase jewelry?

Click on Shop Jewelry.  When you see a piece that you like, click on Add to Cart. You can view your cart at anytime by clicking on the View Cart button. When you are ready to make your purchase, you will be taken to Paypal to check out.

How do I tell you what ring size or necklace length I need?

Contact Jill at Jill@jillkdavisjewelry and let her know what size you need.

What if I don't have a Paypal account?

It's free, easy and secure to set up a Paypal account at Paypal.com. If you don't have an account, you can use a credit card to check out. While viewing your cart, click on Check Out. On the bottom right of the page you will see Don't have a Paypal account? Click on that button and you can pay with Bill Me Later, a credit card or a debit card.

How do I know if you received my order?

You will receive an email from Paypal saying that your payment has been received. You will also receive an email from Jill letting you know when you can expect your order.

When will I receive my order?

I ship United States Postal Service, First Class through Paypal. If you are within the U.S. you will receive an email from Paypal when your item is shipped with tracking information For orders in the U.S., you can expect your package in 5 to 7 days. Please allow more time for a custom order. If you are outside the U.S., you will receive an email from Jill with tracking information that you can track on USPS.com. You can expect your packing within 10 days to 1 month, depending on customs. You are responsible for any customs fees charged by your country.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

If an item is lost or damaged in the mail, Jill K Davis Jewelry takes full responsibility and will replace or repair the item in a timely manner free of charge.
If an item doesn't fit properly (the ring is the wrong size, the necklace is not short or long enough) and you were sent the size/length that you asked for specifically, the item will be resized at a charge that will be determined and an additional shipping charge. Can I return or exchange an item I purchased?

Yes, you can return any jewelry within 7 days from receipt for a full refund. You can also exchange for credit within 30 days.
